Anecdote

Blanche de Bruxelles, like many of our beers, contains coriander seeds. The seeds are grown by a CultivAé cooperative farmer (an agro-ecological cooperative) that we have been supporting for many years.

By working with local farmers to supply many of their raw materials, the Lefebvre Brewery supports them in the development of their projects! Today, CultivAé supplies us with 100% of the coriander seeds we need.

Honey, coriander seeds, malt… Our long-term objective is to extend this approach to all our raw materials so that we can become a driving force in creating value for the entire food chain in Belgium.

Uiterlijk	Pale pink shade with a thin white head.
Aroma’s	Intense nose with red and white fruits (raspberry and cherry; banana and peach) with notes of fresh citrus (grapefruit) and green apple.
Smaak	Fruity attack reminiscent of Cuberdon candy topped with a hint of vanilla. Perfect balance between sugariness, fruitiness and white beer sweetness. Its aftertaste has a slight touch of bitter almond, which gives it a refreshing side.
